2025 A Year in Review

With Christmas just around the corner, we take time to reflect on the key events for our firm for the year.

As with last year, we are rounding out the year with another systems upgrade. This time to our billings system, which is another step forward for us as we continue to improve our systems and processes. We look forward to starting the new year with this new technology.

One of the reasons we continue to invest time and energy into better systems is that it supports consistent, reliable work for our clients and our team. Strong systems reduce bottlenecks, help us respond faster, and keep the practice running smoothly as we grow. These improvements also give our people more time to focus on achieving goals together with our clients, which is central to how Johnsons MME operates.

Mid-year Elise Stewart became a director of the firm. Elise has settled in well to the role and is contributing new ideas and ways to do things, which is fantastic. For more information about Elise, read her profile here.

During the year, our leadership team has been working with consulting firm Mettle Global, with a focus on “leading through change”. With the growth we have experienced over the last few years, new directors coming into the firm as well as experienced directors retiring, we felt an external set of eyes on what we are doing was a good investment. Mettle Global were a referral from a long standing client of ours, the Warrembool Group.

Finally, before we wrap up for the year and close our office on Thursday, 18th December, for two weeks, on behalf of all of us at Johnsons MME, I would like to thank all our clients for your continued support throughout the year.
