Ryan joined our firm in 2012 as a manager in our audit division and on 1 July 2016 he was made a director of the firm. Ryan is responsible for managing external and internal audits for a range of clients in a broad cross section of industries including manufacturing, retail, licensed clubs, health, water, local government, education and the not-for-profit sector.
Originally from Auckland, Ryan immigrated with his wife, Rebecca to her hometown of Albury Wodonga following time spent working in the UK with Deloitte and JP Morgan. Ryan fast tracked through the ranks at Deloitte within a five year period from Analyst, Senior Consultant, Field Manager and then Manager. During this time, Ryan also gained valuable international experience in Dublin, applied knowledge of the audit process, strong skills in the analysis and interpretation of financial and non-financial data and honed his staff management and soft skills.
Ryan is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Commerce from New Zealand’s top ranked university in Auckland.
